How to choose stretched canvas for beginners

1. Choose one that you can paint directly, you don’t need to do it yourself to make a Stretched Canvas.

Because the price of linen yarn is very high, most people use pure cotton canvas instead when practicing painting or just starting out.

With the improvement of awareness, people have come to know that linen canvas is more suitable for oil painting. 
As a result, manufacturers have begun to popularize linen blended fabric. 
By blending linen with cotton, polyester and other components to reduce costs, medium-priced canvases can be produced. 
The higher the linen content, the more expensive the canvas. 
The characteristic of cotton fabric is that it is prone to relaxation and deformation, but it does not affect the painting process.

For important original works, it is recommended to use 100% pure linen canvas

But for beginners, pure cotton canvas is sufficient because it is very cheap.
